The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa has become the island's paradise as guests are inspired with the splendid views and sandy beaches of the Andaman Sea and tropical forest. Each of its 202 rooms and 20 private pool villas are designed with modern décor and provide guests with breathtaking views while enjoying various amenities. The Westin Langkawi also offer services catered for business users which includes dedicated internet access for business centers, corporate functions and events. To ensure that corporate guests get only the best, Westin Langkawi replaced their previous system with a new solution proposed by XPossible Technologies.

With the new service offering, now normal guests at Westin Langkawi are able to surf the Internet comfortably through wireless network anywhere in the hotel premises. With XPossible Connect, the hotel is interfaced with PMS which enables the system to identify each guest's unique login and usage with posting of Internet charges to the guest folio. Not merely surfing the websites, guests also can access corporate VPN, send and receive SMTP mails as if they were at their homes and offices. Guests can now also print document from their rooms to designated printer without any installation of printer driver via Print@Room service.
